Celeste just celebrated her 4 year anniversary at CSFC!
Why did you decide to join CSFC?
After having my third child I didn’t feel or look my best. I wanted to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy and also grow and tone my muscles.
How often do you workout?
5-6 times a week
What are some positive changes you’ve noticed because you have a consistent workout routine?
Working out has helped me not only physically but mentally as well. I look and feel great about myself. I’m more confident and whenever I’m having a bad day, I just work out! It’s definitely a mood enhancer.
What is the toughest obstacle to overcome in sticking to your exercise routine?
On days when I don’t feel like going to the gym, I stop and remember why I started in the fist place. I’m grateful to have the support from my husband to keep going. Â
