Group Fitness Program Updates

While our GROUP FITNESS classes are still operating under Covid guidelines we’re taking this time to completely REVAMP our entire program. Members can expect to see new and exciting classes as well as new instructors. We are introducing classes for EVERYONE – from beginners to seasoned athletes. Some of the new programs includes Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, Les Mills GRIT, Aerial Yoga, Aqua Fitness, ZUMBA and more. We have begun to roll out these classes so make sure you check our current schedule.
Current restrictions include a 12 person limit and well as required reservations for all classes. GUESTS are WELCOME but need to email customerservice@csfcjoliet.com to reserve a spot. #csfcjoliet
