Biography:
I bring over 40 years of experience in the fitness industry, with a strong focus on strength training throughout most of that time. I also have 10 years of experience in martial arts (karate), including five years of teaching students. In addition, I’ve spent a decade coaching youth sports and ran my own personal training business for five years. Now that I’m retired, I’m passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, feel better about themselves, and enjoy a healthy, high-quality life.
