TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP SIGNUP :

1. Any membership signups after the 13th of the month will be charged for the remaining days of the month PLUS the dues for the next month.
2. PLEASE NOTE that all coupons apply to new memberships only.
3. Any coupon discounts applied to monthly memberships will only be valid for the first month.
